By accessing or using kitsunetechnologies.org and any related properties (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Kitsune Technologies LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. References to "Kitsune," "we," "us," or "our" refer to that entity.

3. Services described on the site

The Site describes services we offer, including AI & workflow automation, software development, infrastructure, game server hosting, security, and consulting work. Descriptions on the Site are informational and are not an offer. Any paid engagement will be governed by a separately executed master services agreement, statement of work, or comparable written contract.

4. Permitted use

You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes and for evaluating whether to engage us. You may not:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download the Site except via our publicly published feeds.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service activity, or interfere with normal operation.
• Misrepresent your identity in any communication submitted through the Site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Kitsune mark, the underlying code, and original publications, is owned by Kitsune Technologies LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may quote short excerpts of written content with attribution and a link back to the original page. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

6. Submissions

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation to you. Please do not submit confidential information through the website contact form. Use a direct email instead.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

8. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitsune Technologies LLC and its officers, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to engagements under a separate written agreement, which have their own liability terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kitsune Technologies LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Site where appropriate. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
