Effective May 15, 2026
This policy explains what information Kitsune Technologies LLC collects when you visit our website or engage us for services, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Kitsune Technologies LLC ("Kitsune," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Our principal place of business is in Wentzville, Missouri. We can be reached at Support@kitsunetechnologies.org.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us through the website, subscribe to our newsletter, or engage our services, you may provide your name, email address, company, and a description of the project you'd like to discuss. We store this information for the purpose of responding to you and, if you become a client, delivering the services we've agreed to.
Information collected automatically
Our website logs basic request information (IP address, user agent, referrer, and the URL requested) for security and operational purposes. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the marketing site.
Client data
When we build systems on your behalf, we may handle data that belongs to your business or your customers. That data is governed by the master services agreement (or equivalent contract) between us, not by this policy. We treat it as confidential and we do not use it for any purpose other than fulfilling our obligations to you.
3. How we use information

- To send transactional messages (project updates, invoices, security notices).
- To send occasional newsletter content if you've subscribed.
- To investigate suspected fraud, security incidents, or abuse of our services.
- To comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the business (e.g., email delivery, hosting, payment processing), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights or yours.
- An acquirer or successor in the event of a business transaction, subject to the same protections described here.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Inquiry records are typically kept for two years from last contact. Client records and engagement deliverables are retained for the period specified in the governing contract or, where none, for seven years for audit and tax purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing Support@kitsunetechnologies.org. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
