Game-server hosting done deliberately small at first.
The setup
A Pterodactyl-based control plane running containerized game servers on our Proxmox estate, with setup help, backups, scheduled restarts, and actual support attached. The first version targets friend groups, local communities, and early playtests rather than a sprawling public host.
Why start small
Hosting is easy to start and hard to operate well. Beginning with a handful of hands-on pilot servers means the backups, restarts, and recovery are real before the customer count grows, and the bootstrap scripts and runbook are written down, not improvised.
